MISSION STATEMENT
To provide leadership and support for a
sustained effort to create, preserve, and increase the
availability of resources that will increase public
awareness of the history and culture of the fire
service. The work of preservation and access will be the
responsibility of the Society along with providing
public programming for fire safety education and
fire prevention training programs for the
Yonkers community
